What is a Virtual Tour?

• Virtual tours will provide great insight into your business or property before your customer actually arrives. We are confident it will provide online viewers with a new and exciting experience at a high resolution and professionalism. It is a new yet remarkable way to allow individuals to virtually walk through your property from the comfort of their computer’s and/ or mobile devices. In these tours you will be able to gain a wide view of what we are able to do for your business. As such, we will capture 360° panoramas inside and outside of the property for a virtual walk through experience that will represent your business well.​

Online Hosting

• Online Hosting is a required service for Virtual Tours. Without online hosting, the virtual tour cannot be accessible online. Therefore, we will require a hosting fee, as fast online hosting which a virtual tour requires is not a free service. Virtual tours will be provided with iFrame Embed Code and a URL Link to be placed on your websites or social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) as-well as online booking websites (booking.com, airbnb etc) to allow viewers to explore and experience the virtual tour of your property.

Online Hosting Fees

• Online Hosting Fees are a 10% to 20% monthly cost of the virtual tours total setup fee. Please see above for pricing. For example; (10 Panoramas = $500 Setup Fee = $50 to $100 Monthly Hosting Fee)

Live Guided Tour (Video or Audio Call)

• Take your guests “by the hand” on a shared virtual tour with personal guidance. Synchronizing where you look, you can take turns on controlling the virtual tour. Let them explore on their own or pick them back up anytime to follow your route and mimic your screen on theirs. 360° Live Guided Tour are accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, so your guests & clients can dial in from their mobile phones as well. Our "360° Live Guided Tour" feature allows you to speak with & give your guests & clients a live tour of your property as if you are actually on site face to face. This is beneficial as you can give your potential and interested customers a live tour from the comfort of your computer’s and/ or mobile devices right at home.​

Custom Website Subdomain

• Own a Website Domain? Premium & Luxury package customers will be eligible for custom website subdomain publishing as the virtual tour host, once your website domain name provider allows for DNS (Domain Name System) pointing.​
